WHY WEDDING PLAYLISTS ALWAYS FEEL THE SAME
A lot of DJs rely on the same tried-and-tested set list every weekend.
It’s safe.
It works most of the time.
And it avoids taking any risks.
The downside is that it can make weddings feel identical.
Instead of building a night around you and your music taste, the music ends up following the same predictable pattern.
And I'm guessing that’s exactly the thing you want to avoid.

Avoiding cheese doesn’t mean the dancefloor suddenly turns into an obscure indie night.
It simply means choosing better songs.
Great pop, R&B, indie, throwbacks, dance classics... whatever fits your vibe. I've been asked for all sorts of music by couples in the past. Rock. Metal. Drum 'n' bass... It all works when you've got someone who knows what to play and how to mix it. The key is reading the crowd and keeping the energy moving.
